Our World
World Taste is a unique, small wine importation company that was founded by myself, Jaco du Toit and my colleague, Michael Julen.
In the beginning back in 2013 we started with only importing South African wines but our portfolio has since grown to include wines from Italy, France, Spain and Switzerland.
All our wines are imported directly from the vineyard to ensure the best possible price/ quality ratio.
Our growth and success has been based on direct and personal customer service, involving matching our wines to our customers’ pallet and their price range and also understanding that wine appreciation is very individual.
Choosing the vineyards that we work with carefully and having both a personal and a business relationship with these vineyards has been a key factor in providing diverse and high quality products. We work with vineyards that believe in sustainability and who look after their staff and their land in the knowledge that these two key factors would reflect heavily in the end product - a great wine!
